This tour includes three of the most unusual Buddhist temples in Bangkok: Wat Trimitr with its invaluable Golden Buddha (5 1/2 tons of solid gold). Wat Po, the most extensive temple in Bangkok, with its colossal Reclining Buddhaand the Chedis of the Kings. The Grand Palace is one of the most beautiful samples of an ancient Siamese court. It used to be the residence of the Kings of Bangkok.
Here you will see palaces which were used for different occasions: the Funeral Palace, the Reception Palace, the Throne Hall, the Coronation Hall, the Royal Guest House, and Wat Phra Keo, the beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple.
(Note: The Grand Palace is closed during special royal ceremonies and during visiting heads of state).

0830-1200: Enjoy a Hald Day City & Temples and Wat Doi Suthep tour
Visit to Wat Doi Suthep, tucked away in the mountains at 3,280 feet. The temple is reached by a staircase with 290 steps, flanked by a naga balustrade on either side. The monastery was built by King Gue-Na in 1383. The center is a big Chedi (spired pagoda), which contains partial relics of Lord Buddha. You then pass the city’s biggest market – Talad Wararot before going to two important temples: Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Phra Sing.

0830-1200: Today enjoy a Half Day Phuket Explorer tour.
Start your tour with a scenic drive to a viewpoint along some of Phuket’s beautiful beaches. See an elephant family and enjoy a 10-minute ride on elephant back. Visit Phuket’s most famous temple, Wat Chalong and then continue to Phuket town. There is a great Chinese influence in Phuket, also in religion. One of the highlights of this tour is a visit to an old Chinese mansion in Phuket Town. A tour of this house gives you a historical perspective of Phuket. Your guide will explain its antique Chinese and European interior. This is a very well know house in Phuket and Thailand where also many famous movies from Hollywood were made! Coffer/tea and snacks will be served.
