Day 1: Tuesday or Saturday: Outspan Hotel

Met on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and drive towards the highlands and on to the slopes of the Aberdares. Lunch at Outspan Hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Outspan Hotel.

Day 2: Wednesday or Sunday: Treetops

After breakfast rest of the morning is at leisure. After lunch at the Outspan Hotel transfer to Treetops for game viewing from the balconies overlooking the water hole and salt lick at the lodge. (Main luggage is stored at Outspan and the lodge's own transport is used to transfer to and from Treetops). Dinner and overnight at Treetops.

Day 3: Thursday or Monday: Lake Naivasha

After an early breakfast drive to Lake Naivasha. Lunch at Lake Naivasha Country Club or similar. Optional excursions (book and pay locally) include guided walks with a resident Ornithologist and boat trips on the lake. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Naivasha Country Club or similar.

Day 4: Friday or Tuesday: Masai Mara

After an early breakfast, descent to the floor of the Great Rift Valley and on into the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Lunch at Mara Sopa Lodge or similar. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Sopa Lodge or similar.

Day 5: Saturday or Wednesday: Masai Mara

Early morning optional balloon flight over the Mara, followed by breakfast in the bush; or an early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge. Late afternoon game drive. Lunch, dinner and overnight at the Mara Sopa Lodge or similar.

Day 6: Sunday or Thursday: Depart

After breakfast return to Nairobi. On arrival proceed with your chosen option.
