Boudhanath Stupa: Built in 5th Century by King Mandev. This stupa is supposed to be Physical Stupa (sanctifying the physical bone of Kasyap Budhha). It has influence of Tibetan Buddhism. The Stupa is based on the octagonal mandala. This is regarded one of the major pilgrimage sites of Vajrayana sect of Buddhism.
Bhaktapur City: the cultural city of Nepal. Bhaktapur used to be capital of Nepal from 9th till 14th Century. It is the treasure of the arts, architects from medival times. Bhaktapur, also called Bhadgaon, has most of the buildings built in medival architecture.

Swoyambhunath Stupa: It is a legendary Stupa , situated on the Hillock 82 meter from the ground level of Kathmandu from where you can have panromic view of the Kathmandu Valley.

| Day 3 -Kathmandu – Pokhra (220 Kms / 5.5 Hrs) |
Drive to Pokhara. You will follow the Prithvi High way along Trishuli & Marshyangdi River. The journey itself is enjoyable, you can see rivers. Mountains & Himalayas. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Am: visit Bindyabasini Temple, temple dedicated to Kali. This is the believed that Parbati was arriving from Indian Bindhyanchal Parbat, on the way to Kailash; she rested overnight at this place, Visit Hemja Monastery. There is a Tibetan Monastery built by Tibetan community who has been residing in Nepal after they fled in 1949 from Tibet.
Pm: Visit Davis Fall (water Fall), Tibetan refugee camp at Chhorepatan (near Davis Fall), Gupteswor cave. Overnight stay at hotel. |

Drive to Chitwan. Following thesame road back till Muglin on the highway between Pokhara & Kathmandu. Then drive to Narayangarh, then to chitwan National Park. Transfer to Lodge. Lunch will be served. You will have elephant safari. Overnight stay at Resort.
