Sydney - Bondi Beach - Sydney Blue Mountains - Ayers Rock - The Olgas - Kings Canyon - Alice Springs - Cairns

Day 1 - Arrive Sydney

Welcome Downunder. You will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Three Night Stay: Sydney, Sofitel Wentworth.

Day 2 - Sydney Harbour cruise - City tour - Bondi Beach

Get to know Australia's oldest and largest city this morning. This is where the first ships loaded with "transported" convicts arrived from England. Your tour showcases the delights, style and history of Sydney from Hyde Park, Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and the famous sands of Bondi Beach. Followed by a spectacular luncheon cruise on the beautiful Sydney Harbour. The remainder of the day is at leisure for you to explore this cosmopolitan city and take advantage of Sydney's superb dining and shopping.

Day 3 - Sydney Blue Mountains

This morning tour the spectacular Blue Mountains, rising from the coastal plains west of Sydney. Visit the Wildlife Park and have your photo taken with a cuddly Koala. View sandstone pillars of the Three Sisters, giant rock formation.

Day 4 - Sydney - Ayers Rock

Morning flight to (approx 10.30hrs) Ayers Rock, (flight at own expense, please pre-book).

Two Night Stay: Ayers Rock, Desert Gardens Resort.

Longitude 131˚ Upgrade to the luxurious Longitude 131˚ wilderness camp for the next 2 nights with all meals, drinks and touring included. Must be booked before departure. Limited numbers apply.
Day 5 - The Olgas - Sounds of Silence Dinner

Scenic FreeChoice Inclusions This morning choose from an Aboriginal tour to a Harley Davidson motorcycle tour with views of Ayers Rock. Must be booked before departure. Tonight, enjoy a Sounds of Silence dinner.

Day 6 - Kings Creek Station - Watarrka Nat. Park - Kings Canyon

Travel to Kings Creek Station before continuing on to Watarrka National Park. Soak up the atmosphere of Kings Canyon and walk to the rim of the canyon or stroll along the canyon floor.

Overnight Stay: Kings Canyon Resort.

Day 7 - Telegraph Station - Royal Flying Doctor Service - Alice Springs
See the brilliant colours of the MacDonnell Ranges as you approach Alice Springs. Visit the Telegraph Station and learn the history of how the town was created, before stopping at the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Scenic FreeChoice Dining This evening choose from Red Centre Dreaming dinner show to a camel ride followed by dinner at Humpfree's restaurant.


Two Night Stay: Alice Springs, Lasseters Hotel Casino.

Day 8 - Alice Springs

Scenic FreeChoice Inclusions Today choose from an Aboriginal Desert Discovery Tour to a visit to a Cattle Station Homestead.

Day 9 - Alice Springs - Cairns

Opportunity to take an early morning desert balloon flight (own expense). Transfer to the airport for your afternoon flight (approx 14.00hrs) to Cairns (own expense - please book before departure). Arrive in Cairns and transfer to your hotel.

Three Night Stay: Cairns, Hilton Hotel.

Day 10 - Great Barrier Reef Cruise

For your experience of a lifetime, today enjoy a full day aboard Quicksilver as you take a trip out to a reef at the very edge of Australia's Continental Shelf, to an underwater world that is a dazzling kaleidoscope of color and brilliance. With the assistance of your friendly and knowledgeable crew choose to snorkel, swim with the colorful coral and spectacular fish or you may wish to view the stunning underwater world from aboard the semi-submersible boat or from the underwater viewing platform.

Day 11 - Kuranda Railway - Skyrail & Aboriginal experience Crocodile Hotel

Rail journey to Kuranda. Rainforest tour and Aboriginal experience returning via Skyrail Gondola over the rainforest canopy.

Day 12 - Cairns

You will be transferred to Cairns to connect with you onward flight. (Airfare not included).
