We have been back from India for over a month now and I really meant to write you sooner. I really wanted to let you know about our trip and about how much we enjoyed it. From the moment we arrived in Delhi, we were treated like royalty!

Mr. Nilesh was extremely helpful and informative, he briefed us at the hotel the first night and gave us all the information we would need for the rest of our trip. He made us feel so taken care of, repeating that if ever we needed anything during our stay in India not to hesitate calling him (he left us all his phone numbers, including his home number).

The rest of the trip continued with this high level of service and unexpected surprises. We were given gorgeous rooms in all the hotels we stayed at and were always greeted with an immense amount of courtesy.

We were often greeted with "congradulations" as we were on our honeymoon and 3 hotels even placed a cake with "congradulations" written on it in our room for our arrival. The service at the hotels was exceptional - and we know hotels, being in the business ourselves. We were always escorted to our room and shown around by someone at the hotel. The places we stayed were of an outstanding quality, the history of the places very interesting, the food very good, the cleanliness excellent. I do not have enough words to say how much we loved our hotels - each place was like a new adventure whe we arrived and we delighted in discovereing each one.

So thank you, Praveen, for helping us in organizing the trip of a lifetime! We will never forget our romantic, fantastic honeymoon in India. We will recommend Indus Travels to ANYONE we know who is planing a trip in that part of the world, and you may be hearing from us again as we have such a strong desire to return to India (this time to the South and to Sri Lanka) in the not too distant future. Our trip went quite well and we have raving reviews for the services and people we met from your office. Our tour guide, provided excellent services, was always on time and was patient with us when we were not on time.  (This did not happen too often).  His warmth and friendliness was extremely special and provided the closeness of family, which was extremely appreciated being so far away from home. The drivers were also extremely skilled, warm and friendly and gave their best. We would like your office to give special recognition to all these individuals.  Luv (our tour guide), Bharat (our first driver) and Dinesh (2nd driver) who stayed with us for the most part until we departed to Mumbai. His efforts to get us to the right places on time and the waiting for us was nothing short of first class service. Special thanks also to Malay who picked us up from the Delhi Airport and met again with us for dinner at the beginning of the tour.  The hotels and tent accommodation were excellent choices as well as the extras, camel safari, elephant ride etc.  We found the tour flexible, well planned, met with our expectations and more!.

The others in our group, Cathy and San, from San Francisco , were extremely compatible with us and this added to make our trip even more phenomenal.  As I mentioned to your counterparts in your Delhi office and Luv, we are going to recommend your agency to all our interested friends and family. This trip had special meaning to us and it was something we needed to do for ourselves. We have just returned from our first trip to India on your Royal Rajasthan Tour and felt we should immediately contact you to say how thoroughly satisfied we were with all aspects of our trip. We are not 'package tour' people but felt that with limited time available to us and no previous experience of India we needed some structure to our visit.

We found your tour to be the ideal balance between not being part of a large group but at the same time having all the hassle taken care of. We really felt like travellers and not herded tourists.
Your organization was faultless, the hotels were much above expectations and of a consistently high standard (we own a small hotel ourselves),the guides we had were all excellent and, of course, a special mention must go to our driver Mr Singh who was an absolute star.

The South India tour was excellent. Each of the hotels we were booked into were perfect for our needs. All the people who were supposed to meet us at the airports and train stations were there to meet us. The driver, Thiru, who was assigned to us was excellent I can't say enough good things about him. The tour guide we had in Madurai was also excellent.
